DR GREEN (Rookie Sensation) trained by Mike Keogh here in Aiken and owned by The Estate of Gus Shickendanz broke her maiden going 7 1/2 furlongs on the turf at Woodbine. She overcame a bump at the start which put her at the back of the pack and drove clear finally for the win.
MR DIFFLEY (Itsmyluckyday) also raced 7 1/2 furlongs on the turf at Woodbine and similarly came from far off the pace for the win. His victory came in allowance company and upped his earnings to $128,068. He was conditioned by Mike Keogh here in Aiken and is owned by The Estate of Gus Shickendanz.
